• To negotiate agreements with employers, to contract collective labor agreement and others, and monitor their implementation, 

  • To attend representing the interests of members in labor disputes, 

  • To control the implementation of the law on the labor of Mongolia, and require the administration to follow it,

  • To suspend or change or overturn the employers’ decision related to the infringement of labor law,

  • Represents the employee’s interests, write up a statement of labor protection issue on the administration based on members’ survey, 

  • Filing a lawsuit to restore the violated rights of its members and employees,

  • Offer to discuss any issues related to the right to work with employees or organize independent discussions with members,

  • Obtain from the administration the information necessary to conduct its activities.
