Department of Business Administration

Mongolian University of Science and Technology (current name) laid the foundation of the Department of Business Administration in 1959 which initially offered bachelor’s degree in industrial economy and engineer economy in Mongolia. We provide a bachelor’s program of business administration with a specialization in Marketing Management, Management of Information System, International Business Management, Finance Management, Human Resource Management. In 2013 our majors were accredited by international organization for higher education accreditation ACBSP. In 2015 and 2017 the accreditation was prolonged by providing quality assurance report. Also, the program's national accreditation was prolonged in 2018.

The department has well experienced, qualified, and dedicated faculty members. 35% of faculty got Ph.D. degree both in Mongolia and abroad such as Australia, Japan, Korea and Russia. More than 30 textbooks and handbooks were published and being used by educators and students. While scientific researches are ongoing, international and national projects, contract works are being carried out. Our students succeed and excel in international and national Olympiads, art and sport competitions.
